Whats going to happen
So it is final, i am not officialy on the team this year. Due to the insane scheduling conflicts i would have to pay for an extra semester just to compete this year. Because I am in a five year program it doesn’t matter very much, it is just like i am redshirting.
There are some positives to this. I am still doing the exact same workouts as the team, and its the same environment, i just dont have pressure of conferences at the end of the season. This means i can train as hard as i want, and i dont have to worry about hitting certain peaks in the training regiment. I essentially have a year to focus strictly on form, my run, and getting in even better shape. I will still be at most of the open meets, and my plan is to represent the patriot pole vault club, as long as that is okay with the coaches……
